MX Sport Last - This last features a larger, more roomy toe-box than our Comfort last while providing increased foot control through the heel & saddle of the foot. The resulting fit is designed for aggressive riding while remaining comfortable to wear all day. Ideal for couriers, adventure cyclists & anyone else who wears their cycling shoes for long periods of time.

Outsole - The MX190 features Lake’s Enduro sole system: a fibreglass-injected nylon midsole paired with a real rubber outsole. The nylon platform provides efficient stiffness for power transfer while allowing controlled flex to reduce fatigue. The rubber tread delivers grip and stability for hike a-bike sections, uneven terrain, and off-bike use. SPD compatible for mountain and gravel riding.

Upper - Lightweight microfibre combined with breathable mesh panels creates a durable yet supple upper that resists stretch and maintains form over time. The mesh promotes airflow and moisture management, helping keep feet cool and dry across varied conditions. A wrap-around tongue stabilises the midfoot and improves heel lock, reducing unwanted movement for a secure, slip-free fit during hard efforts.

Closure - Dual BOA® L6 dials allow independent adjustment over the forefoot and instep. This two zone system enables on-the-fly micro-adjustments, creating a secure, even fit without pressure points. Low-profile and impact-resistant, the L6 dials are designed for reliability in real-world riding conditions.

MX Competition Last - Featuring a larger toe box & tighter heel than the Comfort last and with slightly more overall volume than the Sport last. Exceptionally secure for hard riding/racing with enough room in the toe box to prevent binding when running up inclines or negotiating a hike-a-bike section.  Designed for performance riding & racing.

Outsole - Lake Competition 100% Carbon Fibre Sole with Mountain Competition real rubber sole with extended protection and ground stability. 

Upper - Clarino Microfibre & mesh upper. The MX219 features form fitting and durable microfibre and mesh upper with a comfortable and secure BOA® closure.
