All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • AusPost Standard
  • AusPost Express

International Shipping (New Zealand):

  • AusPost Courier International

In most cases, your order should arrive between 5 and 7 days after placing your order, when shipped to an Australian address. Delivery to locations outside Australia may take up to 4-21 days or more to be delivered.

The time frames above are estimates only, and Lake Cycling Australia & New Zealand makes no guarantees nor accepts any liability for deliveries that occur outside these estimates.

PROCESSING TIMES

We offer a variety of shipping options for Domestic (Australia) and International (New Zealand) deliveries. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours (1 business day) of your order being received by us and are shipped as below:

  • Orders placed before 9AM (AEST) on a business day are processed same day
  • Orders placed after 9AM (AEST) on a business day are processed following day
  • Orders placed after 9AM (AEST) on a Friday are processed the following Monday

TRACKING

All services come with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to your via email and/or text message depending on the courier requested. You can also access this through your online profile.

Australia Post

All packages are shipped with signature required upon delivery. If you authorise the package to be delivered without signature, you release Lake Cycling Australia & New Zealand from any liability for lost or damaged items.

DUTIES & TAXES (NEW ZEALAND CUSTOMERS)

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These are payable by you as the importer. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the customer.

Customs policies vary by country; contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays beyond advertised delivery estimates.

Returning Your Shoes

We want you to love your shoes. If you find that they aren't a perfect fit upon delivery, our returns process is easy.

We hope you are happy with your purchase but understand if you need to make a return/exchange.

RETURNS CRITERIA

We accept returns/exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Faulty/damaged items
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size

We do not accept 'change of mind' or 'incorrect size' returns on:

  • Sale/promotional items
  • Special order shoes unless advised otherwise

RETURNS PROCESS

Online purchases CANNOT BE RETURNED IN-PERSON, all requests must be made online.

Return requests must be received within 14 business days. Any refund will be processed once the item(s) are received back to us and inspected by one of the team.

We accept returns on new, unworn, unused items (non-sale, non-custom) in their original condition (including original Lake shoe box and its contents) within 30 days of the ship date. Any product that has been ridden in, worn outside, had pedal cleats mounted, or has been heat molded, will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense. Shoes shipped to us without protective packaging (postage label affixed to the shoe box) will incur a 5% restocking fee which we will deduct from your refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of returns. Once posted, please keep your receipt and update us with a tracking number so we can keep track of your return. We take no responsibility for items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit back to us.

We process returns within 2 business days of receiving your item(s).

CREATING A RETURN LABEL

Once your return request has been approved, you will be issued with a return label. International returns are the responsibility of the buyer until received by us.

FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS

If you believe a product is damaged or defective, please contact support@lakecycling.com.au with photos and description of the fault. We will assess the fault and advise you on the next steps.
